PACE Outreach principal, Morgan Lommele, coordinated and facilitated stakeholder involvement in the BLM’s effort to upgrade the way their employees access, use, and share geospatial information internally and externally. Morgan coordinated the interview and information gathering process with close to 100 stakeholders, and supported the development of key program management documents that guided the BLM’s implementation of new practices and procedures.
