PACE Outreach principal, Morgan Lommele, coordinated a conference organized by Santa Clara University’s Center for Science, Technology, and Society and the Broadband Institute of California to urge greater public participation in planning broadband networks and to allow panelists to deliver policy recommendations for cities building municipal broadband networks. She assisted in developing strategic conference agendas and guides for conference moderators.
