Yuba Salmon Forum

Client: National Marine Fisheries Service

Role: Co-facilitator

Convened in 2010, the Yuba Salmon Forum is a multi-stakeholder effort to develop and implement and collaborative process to address anadromous fish restoration and water management issues in the Yuba River Watershed.  As part of a Kearns & West team, and for the National Marine Fisheries Service, Morgan is co-facilitating two tiers of stakeholder negotiations between state and federal agencies, public water agencies, and environmental conservation groups in an effort to determine passage for spring run Chinook salmon and steelhead above the Army Corp of Engineer’s Daguerre Point and Englebright dams. She coordinates and facilitates small- and large-group technical meetings, develops communications materials, and facilitates decision-making.
