Starwood Energy is proposing a subsea transmission cable to strengthen the San Francisco Bay Area’s electric transmission system. By connecting substations in San Francisco and the East Bay, Starwood’s project would provide greater reliability and improve the resilience of the power network in the area. PACE Outreach Principal Morgan Lommele, as part of a Kearns & West team, is advising Starwood on appropriate communications and engagement approaches for the project, including affected stakeholders and potential issues of concern.
