PACE Outreach principal, Morgan Lommele, designed the stakeholder engagement and public outreach process for the Conifer Recreation Coalition’s Project PLACE. Project PLACE is the community wide vision and framework that fosters collaboration and assists in developing recreation priorities, funding opportunities, and sustainable management of programs and facilities. Work includes developing e-newsletters, determining tiered target audiences, conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and developing consensus-based and community-accepted mechanisms to improve recreation in the Conifer area as part of the master planning process.
